Partial Planning

  • Develop master timeline, including checklist for bride and groom
  • Establish and track wedding budget
  • Suggest ceremony and reception venues best suited for bride and groom’s vision, budget
  • Recommend appropriate vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, videographers, musicians, etc.)
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with vendors
  • Maintain guest list, track responses
  • Assist with selection and layout of save the date announcements, invitations, wedding programs, thank you notes and other printed materials
  • Secure hotel blocks, arrange transportation for out-of-town guests; negotiate preferred rates
  • Develop comprehensive schedule for wedding weekend, including rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, hair and makeup, transportation, photo sessions, ceremony and reception
  • Create “Wedding Weekend Itinerary” for bridal party and family
  • Devise floor plan and seating arrangements for reception
  • Communicate vendor information and other details to on-site ceremony and reception coordinators to ensure seamless transition and successful event
  • Be available to bride, groom and parents throughout entire planning process to brainstorm ideas, answer questions and reduce stress
